Troop 3 is the oldest, continuously run Scout Troop on Long Island. We where first Chartered in September of 1910 as BSA Troop 1 Smithtown, New York.
Hence our motto, "Oldest and Boldest."
Troop 3 is sponsored by American Legion Post.
